Parmesan Chicken

This quick easy chicken recipe is one that is highly popular with many people around the world. ou will need parmesan cheese, apple juice, dijon mustard, garlic, chicken breast and garlic in order to create a mouth watering dish. The cooking time for this easy recipe is 30 minutes and the preparation time is 15 minutes.

Ingredients:
  • half a cup of coarse or Dijon ground mustard
    a quarter of a cup of apple juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespons of melted butter
  • 3 quarters of a cup of Parmesan cheese
  • half a quarter of ground almonds
  • 2 cups of fresh bread crumbs
  • half a tablespoon of salt
  • an eigth of a tablespoon of pepper
  • 8 halfs of boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon of basil leaves
How to Make Parmesan Chicken

Take a pan and line it with heavy duty foil. Also add a good wire rack and preheat your oven to around 370 degrees. In a shallow pan simply add apple juice, melted butter, garlic and mustard. In another pan put the Parmesan cheese, the almonds, melted butter, pepper, salt, dried basil and crubms. Then toss everything until it is well mixed. Coat the chicken in the previously mentioned mustard mixture and roll it in bread crumb after rolling it in Parmesan cheese. The chicken should be completely coated. The chicken has to be placed on top of the rack and bake time is 30 minutes. Take out the chicken when it is golden brown and properly cooked. With the above mentioned ingredients you should obtain 8 servings of parmesan chicken.

Easy Sugar Cookies Recipe

This is one quick easy recipe that you will surely love, especially if you have kids. All you will need is 3 cups of all purpose flour, 3 quarters of a tablespoon of baking powder, one quarter of salt, 1 cup of softened unsalted butter, 1 cup of sugar, 1 beaten egg and 1 tablespoon of milk.

If you want to cook quick sugar cookies you will first need to sift together baking powder, salt and flour and leave that aside. Then the butter and the sugar has to be placed in a large enough bowl and mixed together till we get a light color. We recommend that you use an eletric mixer for that. Then add the milk and eggs and restart the mixing procedure. The mixer has to be put on low speed next and we gradually put in flour. The ending mixture has to be able to pull away easily from the bowl sides. We thus gain a dought that we should divide in 2 then wrap and put in the fridge for around 2 hours.

The next step is to heat the oven to around 275 F degrees. The dough will have to be rolled on a surface that has some powdered sugar on it. Pay attention to only unwrapping one piece of dough at a time from the refrigerator. The dough has to be rolled at a thickness of a quarter of an inch. Now move it around and make sure that it does not stick. The secret is to keep the dough chilled and not let it warm so you will have to be quick. Now you can easily cut the doug in the desired shapes and put them in a greased baking sheet in your oven, ready to be cooked for around 7 to 9 minutes. Make sure that there is a distance of at least 1 inch between each cookie. You have to take out the cookies from the oven when they get a brown color right on the edges. We recommend tha after around 3 to 4 minutes of being put into the oven the cookies have to be rotated. After the cookies are taken out of the oven you should let them cool as fast as possible. A regular cooling right on a wire rack is more than enough. You can then serve them as they are or ice them. The Sugar Cookies will be perfect for serving for up to 1 week if you store them in a container that is airtight.
